「主の用」
現代、人は大量の情報を入れる器になることと引き換えに、自分に何の用があるのか考えることを止めてしまったのかもしれない。それは柵につながれたロバだ。
イエスはわたしに「主の用」を告げられる。
神は「土の器」に「神の栄光を知る知識」を盛られる。
「我等この寶を土の器に有てり、これ優れて大なる能力の我等より出でずして、神より出づることの顯れんためなり」 Ⅱコリント4:7 新改訳聖書

イエスは二人の弟子を向かいの村に遣わされ、ロバの親子を連れてくるように命じられた。
ロバの親子には所有者がいる。
そこでイエスは二人の弟子に、「もし彼が何か言ったら（なぜそんな事をするのかなぜそんな事をするのかと言ったなら、「主の用なり（またすぐ、ここへ返してくださいます マルコ11:3）」と言うようにと命じられた。
イエスはロバの親子を強いて連れてくるように命じられたのではない。
ロバの持ち主に「主がご入用なのです。それがすめば、すぐにお返しします」と頼んだのである。
ロバの持ち主が「彼らの主が必要なのです」といわれて、直ちに応じているところから、彼はイエスに近い人物であったと思われる。
ロバの持ち主はロバに乗ってエルサレムに入城するイエスの意図をどれだけ理解できたかはわからない。
イエスが「主がお入り用なのです」と言われたら、その意図が分からなくても、直ちに従うがよい。後になってロバは「イエスの乗られたロバ」となって返されてくる。
