エルサレムへの「ヴィア・ドロローサ 苦難の道」を歩まれるイエスのあとを群衆も従った。イエスは群衆が連れてきた病人をことごとく癒された。

イエスの行かれるところどこにも「群衆」が発生する。
＜此處にて彼らを醫し給へり＞
イエスは大ぜいの群衆がついてきたのをご覧になり「いつものように、また教えられ」（マルコ10:1）また、彼らの病を癒された。

「群衆」
「群衆」は個人の集まりであるが、「群衆」になると、個人とは別の「意識」が生まれる。しかし、その「意識」もまた「個人」の意識の底にあるものである。「群衆」は大きくなるにつれて、意識の底に横たわるものが強化され、人々を動かし、「危機」をもたらす。イエスの周辺にもその危機的なものが表面化しつつあった。

「その場で彼らを癒された」
イエスは従ってくる群衆のなかに、病をもつ人を見ると、「その場で」彼らを癒された。病に苦しむ人がイエスに連れてこられる時は狭まっていた。イエスは十字架の直前に、病の人々を見れば、直ちにその場で彼らを癒されたのである。
恵みはいつも「その場で」受け取らなければならない。「その場」に思いを開く。

イエスは大ぜいの群衆がついてきたのをご覧になり「いつものように、また教えられ」（マルコ10:1）また、いつものようい病を癒された。
この時、群衆はいつものようにイエスを追い、いつものように病人を差し出し、イエスはいつものように病人を 癒され、いつものように群衆を教えられた。
わずかの日の後に、イエスの教えは議会で裁かれ、群衆はイエスを「十字架につけろ！」と叫ぶ群衆に変わる。そのことを誰も知らない。
日々が「いつものように」過ぎ、「いつものような私」でいられると考えてはならない。
